摘要
科学技术的发展,素质教育的实施,课程改革的推进,要求中小学教师提升综合素质。要提高中小学教师素质应重构教育理念,重构知识结构,重构职业能力。
With the development of science and technology, practice of quality education, the promotion of curriculum reform, it request the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality in primary and middle school. To improve teachers comprehensive quality in primary and middle schools, we should re-construction of the concept of education, re-construction of the knowledge structure and the re-construction of the career ability.
