新形势下高校护理风险管理教育体系的探索性研究

Exploratory Research of University's Education System of Nursing Risk Management in New Conditions

通过对护理本科生实行从学校到临床的多途径、多方面的护理风险管理教育,发现参加毕业实习的护生发生差错事故的比例明显减少,临床带教老师及患者的满意度提高。提出新形势下推行高校护理风险管理教育体系是可行的。

Nursing risk management education towards nursing students was implemented on campus and clinic in many ways and aspects. The frequency of nursing mistake in nursing students of graduation field work is lower than that in the past years. They also have a better evaluation from their clinical teachers and patients. It is feasible to practice the university＇s education system of nursing risk management in new conditions.
