关于vv和v一v的源流关系,王力先生、太田辰夫先生等都认为vv型动词重叠式是由v一v式省去‘一’而成,完成的时间在元代。而萧国政、李汛(1988)对现代汉语v一v和vv的差异作了较系统的阐释,提出:vv和v一v有描述、祈使和结构方面的功能差异。借鉴这一观点,结合近代汉语各阶段有代表的文献,就vv和v一v在描述方面、祈使方面和结构方面的对比发展作一个详尽的考察分析,希望能从中发现表少量VV式的真正来源,并对双音节动词重叠、形容词和名词作动词重叠的形式演变作一梳理。
