摘要
针对套筒式磁弹索力传感器的设计主要凭经验的现状,在详细分析套筒式磁弹索力传感器原理、传感器结构及内部磁场分布的基础上,对传感器的设计进行了研究,提出了能针对具体尺寸缆索设计相应套筒式磁弹索力传感器的设计方法;用此设计方法对某实际工程上应用的缆索的传感器进行设计,并完成传感器内部磁场分布仿真和传感器拉力实验,结果表明:传感器达到预期的设计效果,且传感器灵敏度达-0.3535mV/Mpa,此设计方法可行。
In view of the current situation that the design of sleeve-type magneto-elastic cable tension sensor mainly depends on experience,the design method of sleeve-type magneto-elastic cable tension sensor is proposed based on detailed analysis of sensor's principle,structural characteristic and magnetic distribution.This method can be used to design corresponding sensors for specific size cables.According to a actual engineering cable,a sensor is designed with the method.Finally,simulation of magnetic field distribution within the sensor and the pulling tension experiment are carried out.The result indicates that the sensor meets the desired design requirement and the sensor sensitivity is-0.353 5 mV/MPa.This design method is feasible.
