高职院校德育工作改革路径探析

时代和社会发展对德育工作不断提出新的挑战;培养对象和培养目标的特殊性,要求高职院校德育工作要体现自身特点。这就要求高职德育工作必须树立"以学生为本"的工作理念,建设系统化的工作内容,打造立体化的工作载体,灵活运用多样化的工作方法。

With the development of times and society, moral education will continuously face new challenges. The moral education in higher vocational colleges should reflect itself in features because of the particularity of cultivated objects and cultivating goals. It is required that the moral education work in higher vocational colleges should be done by establishing the idea of ＂putting students first＂, constructing systematic work content, making a three--dimensional carrier of work, and flexibly using various methods of work.
