军校学员荣誉制度构建略论

Analysis on the construction of honor system in military academies

站在践行当代革命军人核心价值观的高度,探讨了军队院校学员荣誉制度的价值,指出学员荣誉制度是体现军人价值的新视点,是领导力培养的重要一环,是提升人才培养效果的关键。分析了当前我军荣誉(奖惩)制度存在的矛盾与问题,一是对荣誉制度的价值认识不到位;二是内容不完善;三是运行机制不健全。进而提出以前瞻的眼光引领学员荣誉制度的构建,内容设计上突显功绩性与参与性的统一,注重配套措施建设等方法加快学员荣誉制度的构建。

The value of constructing honor system in military academies is analyzed by standing at the height of implementing the revolutionary armymen′s core value.This paper points out that the honor system,as embodying revolutionary armymen′s value,is the key both to cultivate the leadership capacity and to raise the effect of talents training.There are a series of social contradictions and problems in the honor system.Firstly the value of the honor system is quite not realized clearly;secondly its content is not perfect;thirdly the operation mechanism is imperfect.Therefore,the honor system should be regarded as a dynamic process.And it must take the unity of achievement and participation.Especially,supporting measures should be taken.
