舰船装备战时抢修理论与技术应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 提出了应从舰船装备全系统、全寿命管理的角度去考虑战时抢修问题的思路,将我海军目前的战时抢修工作分为四个方面。描述了在装备早期论证、设计中,对可抢修性的考虑及进行可抢修性设计的途径;对舰船装备在进行战时抢修时可采用的技术进行了综合应用分析;对外军舰船装备战时抢修的实例进行了归纳总结,并提出了从实例中借鉴外军战时抢修经验的思路;对借鉴民船及相关行业快速修复技术问题进行了初步探讨。最后,指出了舰船装备战时抢修研究和工作需要进一步努力的方向。 It is necessary to consider the naval ship rush-repair during wartime through practicing a system featuring across-the-board and life-cycle management.Our present rush-repair is divided into four parts.The demonstration of equipment can be completed firstly.The combat resilience of equipment is a key link in the design so that the way of repairing should be well considered.Then the technology of naval ship rush-repair is carried integrated dissections.This paper shows a great deal of examples borrowed from the foreign armies.By making some comparisons,a conclusion is made and some suggestions on benefiting from their experience are given.Furthermore,the paper has an elementary discussion about drawing lessons from related industry and fishing vessel.At last,the direction of this research is identified.
