摘要
钢轨缺陷威胁列车的运行安全。在钢轨缺陷形成的初始阶段对钢轨进行预防性打磨能有效防治缺陷的发展,延长钢轨使用寿命,同时也能减少在轨道上运行的机车车辆发生危险事故的几率。采用经验设计法设计了一种适用于铁路钢轨预防性打磨的型面,并阐述了其构造过程。然后用SIMPACK软件及CONTACT数值程序对其进行了列车动力学性能及轮轨接触性能的分析。结果表明,设计的钢轨预防性打磨型面能保证车辆的运行性能,符合预期。在钢轨打磨型面设计上做了尝试,为我国铁路钢轨打磨型面优化设计提供了借鉴。
High-speed line's rail defect threatens the safety operation of the high-speed train.If preventive grinding the rail in the initial stages we can control the defects,extend the rail life and reduce the accident risk of running rehicles.This paper adopts empirical design method to design a rail profile of preventive rail grinding suit for high-speed railway,describe the construction process,and use SIMPACK software package and CONTACT numerical procedure to analyse the dynamics performance and contact mechanical performance. The results show that the design of preventive rail grinding profile can guarantee the running performance of vehicles,in line with expectation. This paper makes some tentative work in rail grinding profile and provide a reference for the optimization design of rail grinding profile.
