摘要
HX_D3型机车是我国目前广泛运用的大功率交流传动6轴7 200 kW干线电力机车,自2007年投入运用以来多次发生机车弹簧停车制动装置故障,导致运用机车轮对擦伤剥离,严重影响机车正常运用,缩短了轮对使用寿命。现从HX_D3型机车弹簧停车制动装置设计原理、控制系统及运用条件出发,深入分析了弹簧停车制动装置动作导致轮对擦伤剥离的原因,提出了解决措施和方案,通过实施取得了良好效果。
HX_D3 is 6-axle,7200kW high power AC—driven main line electrical locomotive widely operated in china.Since put into application in 2007,many wheel flats occurred to HX_D3 locomotives in operation due to spring stopping brake device failure,which seriously affected normal operation of locomotives and shorten the life of wheel-sets.Based on principle of design,control system and operation conditions of spring stopping brake device on HX_D3 locomotives,the reason for wheel tread spalling caused by action of spring stopping brake device is thoroughly analyzed.Counter meansures are proposed which lead to good results after implementation.
