摘要
针对宜昌长江大桥主桥跨度大,且为连续刚构梁等工程实际特点,提出了采用国内先进轻型菱形挂篮施工方法进行现浇箱梁的施工。此挂篮既是悬浇箱梁的承重设备,又是极为重要的吊挂施工平台。于是,从菱形挂篮的组成及拼装、挂篮静载试验、刚构箱梁节段挂篮施工、挂篮前移及锚固等几个方面对挂篮施工要点作了阐述。
According to the engineering characteristics of large-span and continuour rigid frame in Yichang Yangtze river bridge,this paper propose the advanced method of light rhombus hanging basket to finish the construction of the cast-in-place box girder.The hanging basket is not only the load bearing equipment,but aslo an important hanging construction platform.This paper made a detailed explanation on hanging basket construction the following aspects： composition and assembly of the rhombus hanging basket,static load test of the rhombus hanging basket,forward and anchor of the rhombus hanging basket.
