摘要 给出了一种用于发射机末级的大功率脉冲功率放大器的设计方案和测试结果。电路设计采用三级级联、平衡式电路结构以及集总元件和微带线混合匹配网络。在2.3GHz-2.4GHz频段,带内增益为47±1.5dB、脉冲输出功率200W、回波损耗大于15dB。测试结果满足给定指标的要求,证明了设计方案的可行性。 A design scheme and test results of a pulse power amplifier used for high-power transmitter is presented.Cascade structure,balanced structure as well as lumped elements and micro-strip matching network are used for the design.In 2.3~2.4 GHz,the amplifier provides a gain of 47±1.5 dB,output power of 200 W,and 15 dB return loss.Test results show that the circuit has met the specifications.
