摘要
针对工业设备的智能化和功能的集成化带来的设备故障诊断困难的问题,提出了一种大型设备的"黑匣子"设计,设计中采用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为控制芯片,以SD卡作为存储介质,用来实时记录设备工作时的各种数据,还提出了实现快速存储的方法,应用表明本设计实时性强,可靠性高,成本低廉,非常适合于工业设备的应用。
Aiming at the problem of difficulty in industry device fault diagnose,which is caused by increasing intelligent and function integration of the industry device,a design used in a large equipment called black box is introduced,STC12C5A60S2 is used as a control chip and SD card as memory to record different kind of data from the working device in real-time.A method to improve the storage speed is also proposed.The results show that it is very suitable to the industry device,for its high reliability,low cost,and good application in real-time storage.
