摘要
采用低电压、大电流的MOSFET作为功率器件,以DSP(TMS320F2812)作为主控器件设计实现了全数字化的永磁同步电机驱动器。在概括论述永磁同步电机矢量控制理论及其控制方法的基础上,详细阐述了驱动器控制电路,功率放大电路,信号调理电路以及保护电路等部分的结构、功能和特点。最后以电动汽车用永磁同步电机为控制对象完成了空载试验和负载试验。试验结果充分验证了该驱动器的实用性和高效性。
A full-digital driver for permanent magnet synchronous motor using low-voltage and high-current MOSFET as power devices and DSP(TMS320F2812) as controller was designed and implemented.After summarizing the theory of vector control for permanent magnet synchronous motor and its control method,the structure,function and features of control circuit,power amplification circuit,signal processing circuit and protection circuit were described in detail.The experiments were carried out with permanent magnet synchronous motor working on an electric vehicle;no-load test and load test were completed.The results fully verify the practicality and efficiency of the driver.
