电压尖峰造成电动机故障实例分析 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了二电平变频器供电在电动机端产生电压尖峰现象,通过软件仿真和现场实测说明尖峰电压产生过程及其特点,实践证明变频器输出侧加装滤波器在很大程度上减小电机端子上的尖峰过电压峰值,但高频率电压冲击引起的介质损耗发热和du/dt造成的不均匀分布继续危害电机绕组绝缘。最后就改善变频供电电动机机端电压尖峰问题提出应对措施。 The voltage pinnacle at the point of electromotor which power supplied by two-level voltage converter was introduced.The process and the characteristics of pinnacle in the terminal voltage of converter-fed motor were explained based on simulate data as well as locale testing.Practically,installing filter in output of converter can reduce the voltage pinnacle greatly in a way,but medium fever due to high frequency voltage concussion and voltage distributing asymmetrically caused by du/dt will hurt insulation of motor continually.Finally,the measures of reducing motor terminal voltage pinnacle of converter were given.
