摘要
介绍了大型自磨机磨矿分级过程的优化自动控制实践,解决了自磨给矿量控制并建立了自磨系统经验控制模型.在自磨给矿矿石性质复杂多变的情况下,达到了优化控制目标,大幅度提高了系统的处理量,避免了磨机出现“胀肚”现象,提高了磨矿分级产品的质量,取得了显著的技术经济效益。
This paper introduces the study on optimisation of autocontrol practice ofautogenous mill-classification process. The feeding control of autogenous mill is developedand autogenous grinding system control model established. The target of controloptimisation has been reached with an increase of processing capacity and upgrading ofclassification products as well as elimination of 'bloated' occurrence, resulting in asignificant economic benefit for the complicated and changeable feed ore property.
