精索静脉曲张80例分析

80 cases of varicocele.

目的 探讨彩超在诊断精索静脉曲张中的应用价值.方法 对80例临床疑为精索静脉曲张的患者进行彩超探查,并临床结果对比.结果 69例患者被探及到左侧精索静脉曲张（13例双侧均有曲张）,11例彩超未探及明显曲张的精索静脉.CDFI诊断精索静脉曲张者45例经手术证实.结论 彩色多普勒能够对精索静脉曲张作出较准确的诊断,是一种值得推广的方法.

Objective To approach the application of varicocele （VC） detected by color doppler Flowing linage. Methods 80 patients suspected as varicoceles were detected by Color Dopple Flowing linage and contrasted with clinical diagnosis. Results Left varicoceles were detected in 69 cases （13 cases with bilateral lesions, 11 cases subclincal type）, 11 cases were negative. And 45 cases in 69 were testified by surgery. Conclusion Color Doppler Flowing Image is an accurate method in diagnosis of varicoceles, and should be generalized.
