会阴切口皮内缝合分析

目的 探讨会阴切口皮内缝合术的优缺点.方法 对1年来在笔者所在医院分娩的300例产妇分两组分别采用皮内缝合情况对照分析.结果 150例皮内缝合的产妇,其中149例切口愈合良好,产后痛苦小,1例伴阴道炎的产妇切口轻度裂开 150例丝线间断外缝的产妇,有2例切口感染裂开,并都诉说产后切口疼痛难忍.结论 会阴切口皮内缝合优于丝线间断外缝.
