Clinical Application of Intranasal Corticosteroids in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎作为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,其治疗策略一直都是临床关注的热点。鼻内糖皮质激素是最有效的一线治疗药物,这一观点已经得到了广泛认同,对目前用于临床的鼻内糖皮质激素作用机制、疗效及安全性研究的不断深入,也显示出其在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的独特价值。而如何充分发挥鼻内糖皮质激素的疗效,如何避免长期用药带来的发生不良反应风险的增加,以及如何更加符合患者的需求,是临床上值得认真思考的课题。

Allergic rhinitis has become into a global public health problem, and its treatment calls much attention. Intranasal corticosteroids （INCS） have been widely accepted as the first-line therapy for allergic rhinitis. Studies on the mechanism, efficacy and safety of the INCS have revealed their unique value in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. However, it is still very important in clinical practice to make INCS more effective with less adverse effects in the long-term use, achieving meet the patients’ needs much better.
