摘要
脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤为成年人常见的眼内恶性肿瘤,恶性程度较高。1973～1988年我院共收治本病33例,现将其临床表现、荧光造影特点及治疗情况报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况:在33例中,男性12例,女性21例;右眼19例,左眼14例,均为单眼患病。年龄21～70岁,平均41.6岁,其中≤30岁者11例(占33.3%),31～49岁者9例(占27.3%),≥50岁者13例(占39.4%)。
The authors report 33 cases of the choroidal melanomas, the male are12 cases, the female are 21 cases. The age from 21 to 70 years, and theaverage is 42.6 years. The fundus examination: 28 cases (96.5%) weresituated in the posterior of retinae and 1 case was in the side. 20 caseswere examination by fundus fluourescein angiography, and among thesecases, 17 cases (85%) were discovered typical case and 3 cases (15%) were non.29 cases were operation, the ophthalmectomy were 25 cases, the orbitalexenteration were 4 cases. The operation combined with radiotherapy were14 cases, the simplex radiotherapy was 1 case after biopsy. The visitreturn: the lives were 20 cases (60.6%), the dies were 7 cases (21.1%) andthe lose visit were 6 cases (18.2%), the visit return rate was 81.8%. Wediscuss the question of the pathyology, fundus fluorescein angiographyand differential diagnosis in this report.
