摘要
目的:探讨齐拉西酮和氯氮平对心脏QT间期的影响程度。方法:将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别单一给予齐拉西酮和氯氮平治疗,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行评定。于治疗前、治疗后第4周末测定QT间期,进行比较分析。结果:两药在治疗第4周末QT间期均延长,但氯氮平组显著延长,两药对QT间期的影响差异有显著性。结论:齐拉西酮较氯氮平对心脏QT间期影响小,是较安全的抗精神病药物。
Objective：To explore the effects on heart QT interphase of Ziprasidone and Clozapine.Methods：80 schizophrenic patients were treated with Ziprasidone or Clozapine randomly.The effects on heart QT interphase were measured and the scores of BPRS were evaluated before treatment and at the 4th week respectively.Results： The QT interphase was all extended after the treatment at 4th week in two groups.The QT interphase in Clozapine group was extended markedly.There were significant differences in two groups.Conclusions： Ziprasidone has less effect on the QT interphase and is a safe drug to treated schizophrenic patients.
