摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后单侧空间忽略(USN)的康复疗效。方法:36例USN患者接受2月康复训练,疗程前后采用4种USN检查方法及Barthel指数进行评定。结果:2月后各检查方法的异常数及Barthel指数评分较治疗前均有明显改善。结论:综合性康复训练能改善脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者的症状,提高日常生活活动能力。
Objective：To discuss the effect of rehabilitation on unilateral spatial neglect （USN） in stroke patients. Methods： 36 patients with USN accepted rehabilitation therapy for 2 months. Before and after the treatment, the patients were assessed with 4 kinds of USN assessments and Barthel Index. Results： After the treatments, the abnormal ratio emerged through the 4 kinds of USN assessments obviously decreased and the scores of the Barthel Index obviously improved. Conclusions： Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the symptom of the patients with USN after stroke and the activities of daily living.
