同步健康教育对脑卒中后偏瘫患者并发症发生及脑卒中复发的影响

Synchronization of health education on stroke patients and stroke recurrence of complications

目的:脑卒中后偏瘫患者及其家属实施同步健康教育对患者继发并发症发生及脑卒中复发的影响。方法:将218例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为研究组109例和对照组109例,两组患者均接受常规神经内科临床治疗和封闭式康复训练,研究组除上述治疗外,还对其及家属进行同步健康教育指导。然后由同一评定师对其进行四次评定,即入组时、出院、出院3个月和出院6个月,观察患者并发症发生情况、脑卒中复发率以及患者的依从性。结果:研究组并发症发生率和脑卒中复发率显著降低,康复效果也明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性的意义(P<0.05),尤其患者的依从性明显提高。结论:对脑卒中后偏瘫患者及其家属实施同步健康教育可明显提高患者的依从性,使偏瘫患者并发症发生率和脑卒中复发率显著降低。

Objective：Stroke patients and their families to implement synchronization of health education on patients with secondary complications, and recurrence of stroke. Methods：The 218 cases of stroke were randomly divided into 109 cases of the experimental group and control group 109 cases, two groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy and closed -end neurological clinical rehabilitation training, the experimental group addition to the above treatment, but also to synchronize their and their families health education and guidance. Results： Experimental group, incidence of complications and significantly lower recurrence rate of stroke rehabilitation results were better than the control group, the difference was significant significance （P ＆lt;0.05）, in particular, compliance of patients has improved significantly. Conclusions： Hemiplegie stroke patients and their families on the implementation of simultaneous health education can significantly improve patient compliance, making the incidence of complications in patients with hemiplegia and stroke recurrence rate was significantly reduced.
