78 cases of idiopathic facial paralysis community clinic experience

目的:在社区康复门诊探讨中西医结合疗法治疗特发性面神经麻痹的效果。方法:将78例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以抗炎、消肿、抗病毒、神经营养剂等西药治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上中西结合,加用中药和针灸理疗。结果:治疗组治愈39例,有效38例,无效1例,总有效率为97.4%;对照组治愈39例,有效31例,无效8例,总有效率为79.4%;两组比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:社区特发性面神经麻痹患者,采用中西医结合治疗疗效远优于单用西药治疗,值得社区推广。

Objective： out - patient rehabilitation in the community of Western medicine therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis results. Methods ：78 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and control group to be anti - inflammatory, reduces swelling, anti - virus, neurotrophic agent western medicine ; treatment group were treated based on the combination of Chinese and Western, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture plus physiotherapy. Results ： 39 patients were cured, effective in 38 cases, 1 patient, the total effective rate was 97.4% and; control group, 39 patients were cured, effective in 31 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate was 79.4% and ; control group, P 〈 0.05, significant difference. Conclusions ： The community of idio- pathic facial paralysis were treated with combination therapy in Western medicine with western medicine is far better than that, it is community outreach.
