经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗的相关护理

摘要 目的:回顾分析我院心内科自2007年8月至2009年12月间443例患者经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入检查及治疗的相关护理。方法:术前给予细致的心理护理;术中密切观察病情,做好应急处理;术后观察末梢血液循环,穿刺处有无渗血、血肿等情况,积极防治术中和术后并发症。结果:8例术中出现桡动脉痉挛,29例术中出现急性心肌缺血;36例术后出现局部血肿,2例加压止血后局部出现水泡,23例急诊PC I在开通IRA时出现心前区疼痛。结论:充分做好术前准备和健康教育,加强术中、术后的护理,不断积累相关护理经验,减少并发症的发生,从而提高了经桡动脉行冠脉介入手术疗效,确保患者尽早康复。 Objective:Review the 443 patients's nursing care of the coronary intervention treatment by the radial lines frome August 2007 to December 2009 in Hongli Hospital. Methods: psychological nursing of Preoperative, observe condition in Intraoperative closely , and completes the emergency treatment, observation peripheral blood circulation, Puncture site without ooze blood, hematoma etc in postoperative , control intraoperative and postoperative complications positively, The hospital. Results: 8 cases appeared superficial spasm in intraoperatie , 29 cases appeared acute myocardial ischemia, 36 cases appeared postoperative hematomas local,Two cases appeared appear blisters after pressure , 23 cases occurs the heart pain when the IRA PCI open. Conclusions: Fully well preoperation and health education, Strengthen the postoperative nursing, Accumulate the nursing experience, Decrease complications, To improve the therapeutic of the coronary intervention treatment by the radial , Ensure patients recover soon.
