摘要
认为我国缺乏大型出口煤基地，位于陕西北部的榆神矿区可以建成超大型出口煤基地。该矿区面积２６２５ｋｍ２。蕴藏着低灰、低硫、低磷、中高发热量的优质动力煤，是神府东胜煤田的最佳部分。介绍了榆神矿区的特点及开发建设的原则设想。
Abstract According to this article, the 2625km2 YulinShenmu coal mining area located in the northwest part of Shaanxi Province can be turned into an extralarge export coal production base that China needs. As the best part of the ShenfuDongsheng coal field, this coal mining area is endowed with coal reserves with low ash, low sulfur, low phosphorous contents and high thermal value. This article gives an account about the characteristics of the coal mining area and the proposed ideas for its development, as well as analysis of the financing sources for the development.
