弹体成形工艺数字化设计系统的开发与实践 被引量:13

摘要 针对弹体成形工艺的特点,引入基于知识的工程技术,通过将成形工艺知识、数据及经验集成到知识库,研究开发了弹体成形工艺数字化设计系统。简要介绍了系统的技术原理和特点,并结合某型大口径弹体成形工艺,应用了该系统进行设计,达到了提高设计效率、降低开发成本的目的。 According to characteristic of shell body forming,KBE technology was applied.By way of integrating knowledge,data and experience of forming in database,the digital design system of shell body forming was developed.The principle and characteristic of the system are introduced.A heavy calibre shell body forming process was designed by using the system.The design efficiency was improved and development cost was reduced.
