自拟马钱子合剂治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating ankylosing spondylitis with strychnos mixture

方法：采用自拟马钱子合剂配合西药临床治疗强直性脊柱炎37例,与单独应用西药组34例作为对照组观察.结果：两组治疗后血沉、C反应蛋白、指地距、Schober试验比较差异有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,扩胸度治疗后无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：马钱子合剂配合西药比单独应用西药组临床治疗强直性脊柱炎效果更好,有可能为强直性脊柱炎一种新的治疗途径.

Methods： To take ankylosing spondylitis with strychnos mixture plus the western medicine treating 37 cases, to ooserve the 34 cases of western medicine for control group. Result： Two group after treatment the ESR, C-reactive protein, refers to distance, has a significant difference （P〈0.05）, havn＇t statistically significant after chest level （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Treating ankylosing spondylitis with strychnos mixture plus the western medicine has a good effect.
