摘要
目的探索社会心理因素在网络过度使用发生中的综合作用,为进一步研究和干预提供参考。方法采用整群及分层抽样结合的方法,抽取赣州市1106名中学生,应用父母教养方式、社会支持评定、青少年生活事件及相关情绪评定量表进行集体问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷1012份,其中男生513名(50.7%),女生499名(49.3%)。网络过度使用检出率为9.0%(95%可信区间=7.2%~10.8%)。消极的父母教养方式、抑郁、孤独等个性心理因素、负性生活事件、性别为男性等是中学生网络过度使用发生的危险因素;积极的父母教养方式、社会支持、自尊等则是中学生网络过度使用发生的保护因素。父母教养方式、性别、社会支持及负性生活事件等因素对中学生网络过度使用预测模型的贡献较大。结论中学生网络过度使用与多个社会心理因素相关。
Objective:Develop a framework for research and prevention of internet overuse in middle-school students based on an assessment of the relationship of psychosocial factors to internet overuse among students.Methods:Stratified random cluster sampling was used to identify 1 106 students from three urban middle schools in Ganzhou,China.These subjects were administered a battery of self-completion questionnaires in classroom groups:the Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran,the Social Support Rating Scale,the Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List,and other related emotions rating scales.Results:The 1 012 validly completed questionnaires included 512 from males(50.7%)and 499 from females(49.3%).The prevalence of internet overuse was 9.0%(95% confidence interval 7.2%-10.8%).Negative parental education style,adverse life events,depression,loneliness,and male gender were risk factors for internet overuse while positive parental education style,high social support and high self-esteem were protective factors.The most important factors correlated with internet overuse were parental education style,gender,adverse life events and social support.Conclusion:Internet overuse in middle-school students is related to several psychosocial factors.
