摘要
文中利用NCEP/NCAR再分析资料及NCC/CMA资料,分析了2008/2009年冬季东部干旱的成因。结果表明:前期LaNia现象造成沃克环流增强,导致我国北方偏北风盛行。2008年6月以后西太平洋暖池附近对流减弱、2008/2009年冬季青藏高原积雪偏少、中国中东部偏北风盛行、乌拉尔山至青藏高原地区的南北向高压带的存在等是2008/2009年冬季干旱的主要成因。
In this paper,we has analysed the cause of severe drought in eaetern by NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and the NCC/CMA information in winter 2008/2009.The results showed that the pre-La Nia phenomenon has led to enhanced Walker circulation,leading to northerly winds prevalent in northern China.The vicinity of the western Pacific warm pool convection weakened after June 2008、 less than normal snow cover in winter 2008/2009、 northerly winds prevail in the central and eastern of China、Ural Mountains to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region,north-south high-pressure zone to the presence of others are the main causes of winter severedrought in 2008/2009.
