摘要
培养高素质的创新人才是新时期高等学校肩负的重要使命。文章依据创新素质教育论,论述了创新意识、创新思维、创新能力对培养高素质创新人才的作用,详细分析了在专业实验教学过程中如何强化创新意识、培养创新思维和创新能力,阐明了教师在创新素质教育中的重要作用。
Cultivating innovative talents is an important task for higher education in the newperiod.Based on the theory of innovation quality education,the present study first reviews the impact of innovation consciousness,thinking and ability on cultivating creative talents,then suggests approaches to strengthening the innovation consciousness,fostering creative thinking,and abilities in experimental teaching,and finally it illustrates teachers role in this process
