粤方言区学生英语语音错误的成因及教学对策 被引量:7

摘要 母语的负迁移作用给我国英语学习者造成语音习得障碍。文章以广东地区为例,分析了以广东为代表的粤方言区英语学习者语音错误的成因。结果表明,母方言的负迁移是造成该地区英语学习者语音错误的主要原因。通过对英语和粤方言语音系统差异的对比分析,找出了负迁移的来源,并提出了克服母方言负迁移作用、改善语音状况的教学建议。 The negative transfer of mother tongue makes it difficult for the Chinese learners to acquire English pronunciation.Taking Guangdong as an example,the paper analyses the causes of pronunciation errors Cantonese ESL learners made.It confirms that the Cantonese accent does have a negative impact on their English pronunciation.By comparing the phonological differences between the two languages,the present study points out the source of negative transfer and gives suggestions for teaching methods to improve Cantonese speaking students pronunciation.
