摘要
通过对某矿因调绳离合器脱离而发生坠罐事故的深入分析,找出提升系统多重保险失灵及坠罐的原因,并提出预防措施。具有一定的借鉴作用。
In this paper,through deep analysis of a mine accident because transfer rope clutch separate incurred cage fall,finds the reasons of hoist system multiple insurance failure and falling cage,and proposes the preventive measures.
