摘要
在下一代异构无线网中,用户能够通过多接口终端享受接入网的不同服务。切换决策将基于多种协议标准和用户的喜好。本文阐述了判决的过程和依赖的参数,论述了模糊多属性判决算法,并创造性提出了利用过程神经元对异构无线网的判决。
In the next generation heterogeneous wireless networks,a user with a multi-interface terminal may have network access from different service providers.Handoff decision will be based on multiple criteria as well as user preference.this paper expound the process of handoff decision and the attributes of wireless network depending on,discusses a fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making(MADM)algorithm,and create a way of handoff decision algorithm using process neuron.
