摘要
使用AMESIM软件平台,建立了发动机、DCT动力换挡模型,运用曲面拟合得到发动机特性图,分析了动力换挡过程,并对换挡过程进行了仿真。仿真结果验证了动力换挡过程的不间断性,换挡时间和换档压力会明显影响冲击度,可以有效模拟实车动力换挡过程。
Both model of the engine and model of power shift were established through using AMEESIM software,graph of engine characteristics was obtained through surface fitting,process of DCT power shift was analyzed and process of shift was simulated.The results show that the produce of DCT Power Shift is not discontinuity,Shift time and Shift press could affect the jerk greatly,simulation of power shift is validity.
