摘要
烘干炉温度控制工艺复杂,为保证生产过程长期稳定和安全的运行,设计和开发了集散型控制系统,即单片机智能控制器和微机温度控制系统两级集散控制系统。单片机智能控制器以AT89C52单片机为主体,以模糊自适应PID控制算法为控制器,具有处理复杂数据的能力和复杂控制的功能。当微机温度控制系统出现故障时,单片机智能控制器又可作为一个独立的控制系统对烘干炉温度进行控制。实际运行过程表明此系统具有较高的灵活性和可靠性。
Because of the complexity of drying oven temperature control,in order to ensure long-term,stable and safe running,the distributed control system of the drying oven is developed.Intelligent controller takes AT89C52 SCM as the principal part and fuzzy self-tuning PID controlling arithmetic as controller,which has functions of working on intricate data processing and intricate control.It is designed not only as a member of TDC working with computer but also as a self-governed intelligent controller,and shows more flexibility and security.
