进入21世纪以来,中国煤炭工业得到了一个难得的历史发展机遇,为发展时期的市场化的能量型煤炭行业的发展注入了新的活力。但生产规模,以及逐步需要提高的安全性问题的解决,与国家倡导的"数字化建设矿山",以高科技手段的提升来加强煤矿安全生产和管理效率不同步。在中国大部分煤矿建设的"数字化概念"逐步得到了增强。但是现阶段我国煤炭企业的IP网络传输带,包括气体报警器、监测、监控和电网安全监测泵视频监控系统等信息化手段还不够完善。未来的发展趋势是要在煤矿生产企业中应用最先进的语音、视频调度系统确保煤矿企业的安全生产和生产效率的提高。
