关节镜下钢丝内固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折8例报告

Arthroscopiaclly Assisted in the Surgical Treatment of Tibial Eminence Fractures:8 Cases Report

目的:探讨关节镜下钢丝内固定治疗前交叉韧带(ACL)胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的疗效。方法:关节镜下钢丝内固定治疗8例ACL胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者,关节镜下从膝内侧关节间隙用特制器械导入钢丝,并贯穿ACL基底部,再由特殊的器械将钢丝从胫骨结节内下方的骨隧道引出固定。结果:8例患者均得到随访,平均时间为18个月。8例患者骨折全部愈合,按Lysholm膝关节评分标准,平均得分为93分。结论:关节镜下钢丝内固定治疗ACL胫骨止点撕脱性骨折具有操作简单,固定可靠,可早期活动的优点。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of a newly designed arthroscopically assisted surgical treatment method for tibial eminence avulsion fracture.Methods： Eight cases of the tibial eminence fracture involving the anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） were treated arthroscopically.All cases were treated with steel wiring internal fixation assisted with special instruments.Results： All patients were followed up from 10 to 32 months with average 18 months.The clinical results were proved to be satisfied in all cases.The average Lysholm score for tibial fracture was 93.Conclusions： Our clinical practice indicated that this newly designed minimally invasive surgical treatment can proved firm fixation and it is easy to be operated.Moreover,early rehabilitation can be performed soon after operation.
