摘要
以管理学核心理念审视教师教学沟通交流能力普遍滞后的现状及原因:当前教师教学沟通交流职业能力普遍不足;缺少系统的理论学习和培训课程;素质教育与实际通行的应试教育存在矛盾,学校和教师投入时间和精力有限。发展教师教学沟通交流能力的策略主要有:转变教师观念,在教学工作中自主探究式学习;强化教师教学沟通交流行为和技能训练,克服教学沟通障碍;建立教师教学沟通交流能力发展的保障机制。
In view of the core concept of management,the actuality and reasons of the hysteresis of teaching communication ability are: the general inadequacy of current professional ability of teaching communication;the lack of systematic theoretical study and training courses;the contradiction between quality education and the powerful exam-oriented education,the limit of time and energy invested by school and teachers.The strategies are: changing teacher's concept and developing initiative and exploratory study;strengthening teaching communication behavior and skill training,overcoming communication barriers;establishing the guarantee mechanism of developing teaching communication.
