工科类院校大学生创业模式及对策研究

Research on Model of Entrepreneurship for Engineering College Students

工科类院校大学生因校园环境、教育模式、知识背景等特点有其独特的创业模式,与其他院校大学生创业相比有优势,但也有一定的局限性。将工科类院校在校大学生的创业模式分为网络创业、校园代理、孵化创业、知识技术创业、概念创业五种类型,分别分析了各类型创业模式的特点、选择原因以及创业制约因素,认为工科类院校在鼓励大学生创业的同时,还要针对学校教育和学生特点,立足于学生和学校自身的优势,帮助大学生树立正确的创业理念,找准创业模式,开辟创业之路。

As far as campus environment,educational mode,background characteristics are concerned,engineering college students have their unique entrepreneurial model,which has business advantages as well as some limitations compared with other college students.This paper divides the model of entrepreneurship for engineering college students into five types： network entrepreneurship,campus agency,business incubation,knowledge and technology entrepreneurship,and concept entrepreneurship.It also analyzes the characteristics,the selecting reasons,and the constraints of each type.It is pointed out that when engineering colleges encourage students to start their own business,they should try to help students establish the right business idea,identify the business model,open up their own way of entrepreneurship according to the features of the college education and the students,which can exert advantages of their own.
