摘要
在高校后勤工作队伍中,存在大量的临时外聘人员,他们属于高校内的弱势群体,是最需要工会为之维权的人群。由于种种原因,他们不能成为正式工会会员,因此,如何维护他们的合法权益成为高校工会工作的重要一环。对此需要思考,需要突破。
There are a large number of temporary employees in logistics groups in colleges.As a disadvantaged group,they are in most need of Labor Union's rights protection,but they cannot obtain official union membership in colleges for various reasons.Therefore,the protection of temporary employees' legal rights has become a very important part of college institutions,which should be concerned and initiated.
