普通高校学生运动员特质性运动自信心的调查研究

Survey on Trait Sport Confidence of Student Athletes in Colleges

运用心理测量法,对普通高校学生运动员的特质性运动自信心水平进行了调查。调查结果表明:普通高校学生运动员特质性运动自信心水平,男子高于女子;不同年龄段普通高校学生运动员特质性运动自信心水平与性别、年龄的主效应有关,与性别、年龄的交互作用无关。随着年龄的增长,运动员的特质性运动自信心水平逐渐增强。测量数据可为普通高校学生运动员自信心的培养和科学的心理技能训练提供参考,可为提高普通高校学生运动员的竞技水平服务。

Using the method of psychological measurement,the level of trait sport confidence of college student-athletes was investigated.The results show that： the confidence level of male student-athletes is higher than that of female student-athletes;the confidence level of student-athletes in different ages is related to the main effect of sex and age,but has nothing to do with the interaction of sex and age;the confidence level of student-athletes increases with age.The aim of the investigation is for cultivating the confidence of college student-athletes and for training their scientific psychological skills,which can enhance their competitive level.
