摘要
利用数值模拟方法对安装减阻杆和不安装减阻杆的螺旋型旋风分离器的流场进行了分析,结果表明,在旋风分离器筒体中心安装尺寸合适的减阻杆可以达到很好的减阻效果,如果尺寸不合适反而会增加旋风分离器的阻力损失,并通过对速度、压力分布的分析解释了其原因。
Both flow fields of the spiral cyclone with and without a reducing pressure drop stick are computed and analyzed by use of numerical simulation,the simulating results show that if a stick with proper size is settled in the center of the cyclone,it can reduce the pressure drop efficiently,on the contrary,if the size is not proper it can increase the pressure drop,the reason of pressure drop decrease or increase is explained through the analysis of static pressure and velocity distribution.
