New Research on Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases

通过研读《伤寒论》,作者提出五苓散所治水逆证是临床上误治补液过多过快所致的水中毒;阳明病可攻的条件不只是痞满燥实,而且必备"燥屎"的诊断,误攻可导致结胸,从而引起穿孔后腹膜炎、感染性休克。同时认为,《伤寒论》六经病分类不够准确,应修正为五经病。

The writer proposed that water counterflow syndrome treated by Wuling Powder is in fact the water intoxication due to too much or too fast complement of fluid in clinic. The therapeutic eondition of Yangming disease is not only the stuffiness and fullness, but the diagnosed symptom of dry stool, the wrong attack may lead to chest bind, causing perforation peritonitis and septic shock. At the same time, the writer thought that the classification of six meridian diseases in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases is not accurate enough, it should be revised to five meridian diseases.
