三仁化湿合剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎120例临床研究

Clinical Research on Sanren Huashi Mixture in Treating 120 Cases of Chronic Active Hepatitis B

目的:观察三仁化湿合剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:240例患者随机分为两组,对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服护肝片治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服三仁化湿合剂治疗。结果:治疗组在改善肝功能、缓解临床症状方面与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三仁化湿合剂具有较强的保护肝细胞和改善肝功能作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Sanren Huashi Mixture in removing jaundice, falling enzymes and improving clinical symptoms. Methods： 240 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group were given Hugan Tablets, while the treatment group Sanren Huashi Mixture on the basis of conventional therapy. Results ： There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between the treatment group and control group in improving liver function, relieving clinical symptoms. Conclusion： Sanren Huashi Mixture has strong effect in protecting the liver cells and improving the liver function.
