外资并购的长期绩效研究:基于DEA的实证分析

Empirical Research on the Long Term Performance of M&A by Foreign Investors,Based upon DEA Methodology

首先对国内外资并购的文献进行了评述,并介绍了新近兴起的数据包络分析方法,接着在该方法的基础上对样本公司的并购情况进行了实证分析,研究的结果显示,外资并购确实对其绩效产生了明显的正面效果,从而为政府管制政策和内资企业的决策提供了相对客观的理论依据。

The paper firstly gives a literature review and the introduction to the DEA methodology,and we examined the long term performance based upon the DEA methodology.The results of the study using China listed companies＇ data demonstrate that foreign purchases did have positive impact.This thesis gives an objective assessment on both the long term foreign purchase of China＇s listed companies for the government and domestic companies.
