我国民族自治区资本市场发展问题研究

Study on the Development of the Capital Market in the Ethnic Minority Areas of China

资本市场具有优化资源配置、促进产业集聚形成、推动产业转型升级、提升区域经济发展水平和质量等特殊功能,如何依托资本市场促进民族地区经济、社会、自然的和谐发展,破解经济发展瓶颈,缩小地区差距,促进区域经济均衡发展是亟待解决的问题。以新疆、宁夏、内蒙古、广西、西藏等民族自治区为研究对象,在分析其资本市场发展存在问题的基础上,从多元化、宽纬度、多领域的角度提出解决对策,以期为相关区域的发展提供有益对策。

The capital market possesses the special function to optimize the allocation of resources,promote to form the industrial agglomeration,industrial transition and upgrade,promote the level and quality of the economic development.So it is a problem demanding prompt solution how to rely on the capital market to promote the accord development of the local economy,society and nature;how to analyze and explain the developing bottleneck and how to reduce the gap of the different areas.Based on the situation of Xinjiang,Ninxia,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi and Tibet,the author of the paper proposed the countermeasures to solve the problems with the point of view of pluralism,wide latitude and multi-field and hope to give the useful support to promote the development of relative areas.
