摘要
当前在出口疲软、巨额投资不可持续的背景下,扩大国内消费成为促进经济增长、解决就业问题的主要途径。通过投入产出法分析四川省消费的就业效应及其影响因素,并提出相关政策建议。得出的结论是,四川省的总消费就业效应逐年递增,而四川的单位消费就业效应呈下降趋势。单位消费就业效应的影响因素有三方面:劳动投入系数、消费结构、产品生产过程和产业关联。
At the background of weak exports and unsustainability of huge investment,expanding domestic consumption demand are main means of promoting economic growth and solving employment problems.This article applies the input-output theory to analyze consumption＇s employment effects of Sichuan,and study influencing factors of consumption＇s employment effects,then propose some relative suggestion.The article comes to the conclusion that the total employment effect of consumption of Sichuan increased year by year,while the unit employment effects of consumption of Sichuan showed downtrend.The unit employment effect of consumption has three influencing factors,which include coefficient of labor input,consumption structure,the production process and industrial relationship.
