摘要 对WQ3和SH9烟丝干燥关键工序的工艺参数进行优化,结果表明:较高的引射蒸汽流量和较低的出口含水率有利于降低叶丝的结团率,关闭松散蒸汽,可杜绝因蒸汽中含水造成的叶丝湿团因素;适当降低WQ3工序物料流量和出口烟丝含水率,提高SH9工序的大风机频率和排潮风门开度,有利于降低因缠绕形成的结团率.优化前后叶丝中的平均结团率分别为6.1%和2.1%,烟支中的平均结团率由14%降低至6%,大大提高了成品烟丝的有效利用率. The WQ3 and SH9 important process parameters were optimizated,the results showed that the higher steam flow of injection and the lower moisture content of exit can decrease pellet formation.Closed steam flow of losse can completely eradicate wet mass forming on account of moisture content of vapour,droping the transit of material of steps WQ3 and moisture content of exit,increasing frequency of the wind engine on SH9 process and humidity discharging door opening in favor of reducing the formation of pellets twisted cut tobacco.The improved average pellet rate declined from 6.1% to 2.1%,and the average rate of pellet cigarettes from 14% to 6%,the utilization of processed cut tobacco is significantly enhanced.
