摘要
现有的消泡系统或设备因其自身的缺陷未收到应有的消泡效果,且把消泡后的气体直接排入大气,对空气造成一定污染。为此,提出了泡沫钻井液循环利用新技术。该技术不用对返出泡沫加压,1次流程即可实现5次消泡,效率高,实现了泡沫基液和气体的重复利用,既可应用于泡沫钻井过程中对返出泡沫的消泡,亦可应用于一般的工业消泡。用一般的筒体或加工稍精的筒体替代真空壳体,以粗略验证新型消泡系统的消泡效果,验证结果表明,简化真空壳体后消泡系统的消泡效率可达78%,而新型消泡系统的壳体精度更高,消泡效率会高于78%。
The present defoaming system or equipment has not achieved expected defoaming effect due to its own defect.Moreover,the gas after defoaming is directly discharged into the atmosphere,which produces air pollution.Therefore,the new technology of foam drilling fluid recycling was formulated.The technology need not pressurize returning foams.Only one flow can achieve five defoamings with a high efficiency and the repeated utilization of foam base fluid and gas has been achieved.It can be used in removal of returning foams in the process of foam drilling as well as in ordinary industrial defoaming.The ordinary cylinder or slightly precisely processed cylinder was used to replace the vacuum shell so as to make a rough verification of the defoaming efficiency of the new-type defoaming system.The result indicates that,after the simplification of the vacuum shell,the efficiency of the defoaming system can reach 78 percent.In other words,the shell accuracy of the new defoaming system will be higher and the defoaming efficiency will be higher than 78 percent.
