MMP-2和TIMP-1平衡与高血压左心室重构形态的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其抑制物基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的血清水平与高血压心室重构不同形态的关系。方法对110例高血压患者和30例正常人进行超声心动图检查,按照Devereu公式计算左室重量指数及左室后壁相对厚度。根据高血压左心室重构类型分为4组(正常构型组,向心性重构组,向心性肥厚组和离心性肥厚组),并测定其MMP-2及其TIMP-1的血清水平,进行统计分析。结果与正常对照组比较,高血压各不同构型组的血清MMP-2及TIMP-1的水平均升高(P<0.05)。高血压亚组分析,与正常构型组比较,发生心脏构型改变的三组血清MMP-2水平均升高(P<0.05)。高血压各组之间TIMP-1水平的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压患者发生心室重构的不同类型与血清MMP-2水平升高和MMP-2/TIMP-1平衡失调有关。
